Thursday, March 11th, 2010In light of the weakened economy’s layoffs creating empty office spaces, Orlando Mayor Buddy Dyer is heading a movement to create a boon for small independent businesses in the downtown Orlando office buildings.
“Entrepreneur Zone” is a new program Dyer and Stirling Sotheby’s International Realty debuted, with an aim to fill in vacant office space from downsized businesses.
